You don’t have to eat clean ALL the time, and you don’t have to sacrifice great food for the sake of your health or your fitness. I LOVE food. That’s one of my top motivations for exercising–If I want to eat something really great, I want to be able to do it (in moderation) without feeling guilty or spoiling my progress. I’m always looking for great recipes that are healthy as well, so if you have some, please share! I’ll share my best finds here as well.
